This bag is so unusual that you are either going be completely enthralled by it or wonder what in the heck they were thinking. I think I love it. It's flirty and fun with a double row of eyeleted leather ruffles in a gorgeous deep red. With all that going on, the rest of the bag is appropriately simple in every other way. Other than those pesky charms hanging from the shoulder strap, that is. Also available in an equally pretty black version, the bag sells for $1950.

That is one awful looking bag. Sandy, I love your blog but please post beautiful handbags instead (like you have done before). And this bag is horrendously expensive too. I think some designers think that women will buy just anything and at any price. Some women do and will. Others like myself, we are smarter than that. We look for quality and elegance, not just price. A high price (as it is more than obvious lately), is not indicative of quality.
Sandy, I hope you will again search the net to discover and rediscover some other great designers and not the overly publicized, overly exposed, overly full of themselves designers. I am sick and tired of every blog posting the same uninteresting bags and the same names we all know and are more than tired of reading about. Let's stop focusing on those for a while. Danke!
