A big, two story house, and those are the only images they have?
There must be no good views from the porches or the MBR, the entry must be plain. We don't even see a stairway? I think you pegged it, they're selling the fashion more than the house. And the fashion is mostly ugly and the rooms themselves leave me cold. I don't see anything friendly or inviting. Oh, and how big is that pool, anyway? You'd think the agency could hire a decent photographer.
