However they have a comment, "It is a shame when a million thieves ruin it for the rest of us 22 million peaceful residents"<br><br>You can keep the hip and flash...I'll take my safe little island in the Caribbean, The Cayman Islands, where I've lived for twelve years tax free, with a higher standard of living than the USA, and I can walk the beaches at 2AM without a single concern.<br><br>Real Estate here is still the best deal I've seen in the world.
