Michael's team Andretti-Green Racing won the IRL Championship last year & holds 3 years Championships of the past 5 years! He lives in Indianapolis and has for most of the past year and a half. When I saw the home in 2004 after the last race at the Nazareth Speedway, everyone, myself included were speechless. The home is a masterpiece & has been written up as so in numerous home magazine's. You have to have an eye for distinction to appreciate the work, it is breathtaking. Good for Mike to move to Indy, it's where his team is--he Should be there!!

Don't get so excited. This house is really cheap considering all it is. He will not want to buy it back at a later date. Maybe he could rent it. Not so personal, Signor! No offences taken.

Too bad Mikey has to win at all cost. Just remember, what goes around, comes around....Not that impressed with this house as a home, maybe a designer could do some touch ups. ...There is just something about it that screams, fix me! A museum might be the best option, with a cemetary....Maybe the family could just hold on to it. The market really is bad and really the price is very low. No one cares about "Indy." just a few more years and all the drivers will be so sick of it just like the rest of the American public. Couldn't keep Dario, he is too much of a gentleman, Sam Hornish was just tooo good for words. NASCAR really has nothing on Indy though, pathetic state in America today! No Tom Brady's or David Beckham's here, no class!

Thank goodness for Freedom of Speech, even if some people pretend that they are all here is...The H20 has been sucked out of this gig...Apparently. This home is all the rave, maybe some other 60's fan will want his crumbs...or whatever. Goodluck with the alimony!
