Saudi Prince Pulls His Aspen Home Off the Market

One of the priciest homes for sale in the United States has been taken off the market. Saudi Prince Bandar bin Sultan has decided to keep the Hala Ranch near Aspen, Colorado, after finding no suitable offers for the home which was for sale for $135 million. The 56,000-square-foot mansion has been up for sale since 2006.

The Aspen Daily News reports that the news is good news to the many locals in the area who benefit when the Prince and his large entourage are in town. The Prince is said to be a generous tipper who has also employed many locals. He has also contributed toward non-proftis in the area.
