One of the priciest homes for sale in the United States has been taken off the market. Saudi Prince Bandar bin Sultan has decided to keep the Hala Ranch near Aspen, Colorado, after finding no suitable offers for the home which was for sale for $135 million. The 56,000-square-foot mansion has been up for sale since 2006. The Aspen Daily News reports that the news is good news to the many locals in the area who benefit when the Prince and his large entourage are in town. The Prince is said to be a generous tipper who has also employed many locals. He has also contributed toward non-proftis in the area.

Have you begun to understand the significance of a leveraged buyout on a quantum scale. There are some rather unsavory characters here in the Real Estate market. Very self serving... Very vulnerable

Peace
But peace does not rest in the charters and covenants
alone. It lies in the hearts and minds of all
people. And if it is cast out there, then no act,
no pact, no treaty, no organization can hope to
preserve it without the support and whole
hearted commitment of all people.
So let us not rest all our hopes on
parchment and on paper, let us strive to build
peace, a desire for peace, a willingness to
work for peace in the hearts and minds of all of
our people. I believe that we can. I believe the
problems of human destiny are not beyond the
reach of human beings.
