Brian Kidwell Holiday Sculptures

Brian Kidwell,'s sculptures may seem like ordinary holiday fare but each sculpture is actually a unique work of art created from found and recycled objects. Heirloom toys and dolls are created from wood, copper, brass, and faux furs and fabrics. Kidwell has had a one man show at The Smithsonian Air & Space Museum in Washington D.C. He specializes in Santa sculptures that feature Old St. Nick dressed as, among other things, a golfer and a cowboy. Santa's Jolly Jalopy, shown above, sells for $1,050.

That's amazing how well crafted this sculpture is. You'd never know it's all found and recycled. Ingenious!
