Downtown Napa is a dump, there are homeless people fishing along the shores of the river. Also conveniently located across the street from the gourmet taco trucks that the locals eat at. If you came to Napa with no idea of your surrounding I could see getting tricked into purchasing here, otherwise look elsewhere. This is the worst place you would want to live in Napa. Check out the www.napavalleyregister.com to check out the crime map to see just how close the condos are to all the action.

FerrariGTO

Comments on Westin Versara

Ferrari GTO exaggerates greatly. He is living in the past, not the present and the future. The Taco trucks will be gone (they serve the construction workers); there is no crime rate to speak of in Napa; almost no homeless people (and their shelter is in another part of town). The Oxbow District is becoming a terrific destination. Places like Bounty Hunter, Jarvis Conservatory, and the Napa Valley Opera House, not to mention Copia and the Public Market, are a short walk away. And coming soon two more downtown hotels, including a Ritz Carlton. I'm a Napa resident out Redwood Road and have no vested interest in the project. My interest is in accuracy.

Epicuria
