Neverland Ranch is in Foreclosure

We've been hearing rumors about this for a while but now it's official, Michael Jackson's Neverland Ranch is in foreclosure. The Implode-O-Meter has the November 5th, 2007 Foreclosure Detail Report for Santa Barbara county which shows that as of October 12, the King of Pop owes $23,212,963 on a $23,000,000 loan. Since his trial, Jackson has spent almost no time at the home, instead staying in hotels and rented homes around the world. It's unclear whether he can't pay the bill at this time, or just won't.
Jackson isn't the first celeb to face foreclosure, it's happened to Whitney Houston, Michael Madsen, Don Johnson and Courtney Love. This, however, is far and away the largest debt we've seen.

Everyone here acts like Jackson has already lost his house. Come on you guys, you know better. It is likely that Jackson will come up with the money and pay off the default. Jackson probably hasn't decided what to do about the property, he has probably not wanted to deal with it. This notice of default should probably wake him up and force him to decide what to do.

MJ could have made that place pay for itself as a working farm or save the money and given it to St. Judes. Neverland is his state of mind. His sycophants are now silent with their empty ROFLMAO and LOL chants after his trial. They have enabled him to death. Release a dove to that.

Are we to feel sorry for Michael? It don't matter how "famous" a person is or how much money they may have ... and (mosty importantly) the color of their skin. ANYONE who is completely irresponsible with their money does not deserve ANY understanding. It really is sad that a talent like his is preceded by his reputation.

Do not feel too sorry for Mr. Jackson, because if he wanted to he could have gone on concert tour in Europe and made more money in one day than most of you people will make in your entire lives.
His motive for not paying on the ranch may be much simpler than people think...his heart and love for children has been broken by people trying to victimize him and by the country he once loved.
He has stayed outside of the USA since the trial...that should tell you what he thinks of us now.

I couldn't have said it better myself Sam....I have been a fan of his my whole life.....I now am a mother of two children....If anyone really thought weird of him, then what kind of parent would let their children spend the night there..."Just people trying to get paid"...They should be the one's prosecuted....He's always done good for all children........Keep Your head up Mike!!!!

TO those of you who dont know he was never convicted, but yet you still hate him and by the way he will never be broke he is still worth hundreds of millions, he owns the rights to all beatle material so when ever you hear a beatle song he gets paid, the ranch is now a nightmare to him.

This is to,J.Barfalo: Your "old axiom, blacks will always act like blacks" is a racist comment! The definition of AXIOM-(a statement accepted as true as the basis for argument or inference).Keeping this in mind,if "blacks always act like blacks",then I want to follow in the footsteps(act like a black) of Colin Powell,Nelson Mandela,B.K.Bruce,Guion Bluford,George Washington Carver,Charles R Drew,Mae C Jemison,Martin Luther King Jr.,Scott Joplin,Thurgood Marshall,W.E.B. Dudois and Denzel Washington just to name a few. These men and woman are noted Dr.s,Astronauts,U.S.Senators,Humanitarians,Authors,Composers,Actors,Inventors and some earning PHD's from Harvard. You sir or madame waste your time being racist and hide behind your computer, probably were picked on as a child, very little education and still lives in the backward south. I am white american who only wishes I could "act black" like these famously accomplished individuals!!!!! As for Michael Jackson, I'm sure you listened to his music at some time in your life, but I do agree,he just may be a pedophile, some of the evidence points in that direction, and you, are a true racist by definition. If you studied your history you would know what little sense you make with your blog.

As a celeberty of his status he is surrounded by yes men and women, with an huge income source,he spent money without the real sense of how fast you can spend it on the eve of his last trial I saw on the documentery where he was at a furniture store in london he bought this and that without even inquiring about the price and spent close to 1 million in 45 minutes, its easier to spend money faster than you can make at no matter what income level your at, live and learn.

I think Michael had gotten messed up in childhood by seeing his Father and Brothers doing things that a CHILD shouldnt have seen, Have you ever thought that maybe Michael was abused as a child and doesnt know how to stop this cycle himself because he is, in his mind still a child himself and doesnt see it as wrong Him a child loving another child, Anyway, ANYONE from the richest of the rich to the poorest of the poor can fall into financial troubles. As for the ones makin comments about race you have ignorance in your own head going on. TRUMP had financial issues too and I hate how everyone can judge whats going on in anothers life when they truly have NO idea. YOURE ASSUMMING!!! Michael needed people around him to stop his behavior and to help guide him in his fincancial decisions. If he is guilty of being a pedophile he will have to deal with GOD when he gets there.I am not here to judge anyone because I wouldnt wanna judge for some of the decisions i made in my life...try living like that and the world would be better off!
