Stella McCartney isn't just an icon's daughter and a famous fashion designer, she's also a canny real estate investor.
Hello magazine reports that she invested in a 45-bedroom guesthouse in Notting Hill Gate last year and is transforming the former hostel into two separate properties, one for her family and one to be sold. She bought the property for £4.75 million last November, with her publisher husband Alasdhair Willis. Stella, who is expecting her third child, has added a library, gym, home theater and a new swimming pool. She also owns a 160-acre farm in Worcestershire. Stella's a busy girl lately, she's also rumored to be working on a jewelry line that includes a pendant with one leg, a jab at her father's soon-to-be ex-wife, Heather Mills.

The one leg thing is horrible, poor Heather Mills.
The girl has given 80% of her income since she's been a model to charities and an entire country hates her because she's divorcing their god, a Beatle, and making a fuss cuz she actually wants custody of her kids. Silly Brits.
They should harass someone entertaining, like Britney Spears. (I bought her CD, good stuff, have a hit on my brit!)
