It looks like a ladies watch. As for the not getting it wet because it's alligator leather, THEY LIVE IN THE DAMN WATER. Classic comment for all the wrong reasons.

Beautiful watch.. It has the elegance of a Jaquet Droz with flashiness on the side of Jacob & Co. Overall, not a bad combination.
JW-C, I enjoy reading your comments, but alligator straps (all leather straps actually) are inherently more susceptible to water damage because of water absorption in the lining and stitching
