Timex Enters The Diamond Watch Business

Timex seems to be aiming at more luxurious market with the launch of their Timex Diamond collection for women. The watches are meant for everyday wear and feature diamonds that are hand-selected to match in terms of color, height and diameter on a watch-by-watch basis. The style of the watches is inspired by the Timex watches of the 1960s and there are five designs from a six-diamond to a twenty-four diamond case. The model here shows 16 hand-selected diamonds, clustered at the twelve and six o'clock positions. The Timex Diamond collection will retail from $125 - $325 at select department stores. The design is nice but I think they might have been better served by having the diamonds on the dial rather than the case.
