Sveid Corkscrew

This corkscrew from Sveid makes the Rabbit look inexpensive and simplistic by comparison. The corkscrew from Sveid has fifty-two pieces that form a puzzle-like corkscrew. It is made of aviation titanium with a fingertip lever of 18 carat gold. The wooden presentation box is equally luxurious has a unique opener with invisible hinges. Each one is made on order and the presentation box can be personalized with your choice of wood and the color of the shagreen that lines the box as well as having the hinges done in gold. The fingertip lever of the corkscrew can also be cast in platinum. Both the corkscrew and the box can be engraved. The corkscrew starts at 50,000 euros. If you are curious how it works there is a video at the website that shows the corkscrew in action.

I love gadgets, but this is crazy complicated. I mean, it's beautifully made, but I would be afraid to use it for fear of losing a finger!

This is such an incredible corkscrew. I am a girl, and for me it seems so easy to use this instrument! It looks like a Ferrari. You must just learn how too drive it.

That is so dumb and looks like it would break in a second. The rabbit is so much better.
their videos also suck.

Now, this is a rather interesting device, complex like a mechanical watch. Though for the price one could hire a person to open your wine bottle, pour your wine, and take your frustration out on after a hard day at work, for a whole year. Yes, that would be much more satisfying.
"Sip, Eduardo my glass is not full, or the proper temperature."
"Sorry, Sir."

Can we assume that Vigot has one of these contraptions. It certainly sounds as though she does. What the hell does she "do" that allows her to part with such a grotesque amount of money for a corkscrew.
Not even I or anyone I know would buy it at this price. I love your idea Matt. It's much more sensible. We could all do with a human punching bag after along day.
