Of course using Jesus as a "spokesman" for a commercial product (as your headline has it) would be wrong. But that is not what is happening here. The company is giving folks the opportunity to taste wine from grapes grown in the region where Jesus grew up, and (quite logically) putting an iconographic representation of him on the label. I think that will appeal to a lot of folks. I won't be one of them, since my brand of Christianity strongly discourages alcoholic consumption and I choose not to drink. But I don't see anything wrong with it for those who feel differently on that subject. I don't see any blasphemy, irreverence or disrespect here.
