The duplex apartment is over 4,300 square feet on the seventh and eighth floors. There is also a 1,776-square-foot terrace with complete views of paris. The seventh floor is the family floor with a study, dining room, kitchen and two bedrooms plus a master suite. The eighth floor is a massive reception room that leads out onto the balcony. There are also two staff apartments included. The price hasn't been listed.
