Is it just me or are oversized buttons/snaps being used on shoes more and more these days? They seem be the new "it" accessory for shoes. I've been seeing them in all my favorite stores and online shopping sites. And you can't help but to appreciate and be drawn to its girlish appeal that has somehow morphed itself into a high fashion accent. Bruno Frisoni's Patent Flats are a great example of this. They are simply designed, leaving the oversized metallic plaque and button/snap to take center stage.
