Seriously, years (just shy of 4 yrs!) and hasn't had any takers. It was originally listed in the low teens and the price has reacted to the lack of demand. You'd think it was sitting on nuclear waste with the lack of demand while tons of homes of vastly less history, character and land have sold for much more in McLean, VA. Although that is a key part of it - this part of Alexandria is not exactly as Tony as other areas and this accordingly suffers for it.
