Bob Goldsborough, better known as Mr. Big Time of Celebrity Big Time Listings has been positively scooptastic lately. This week he bought us, among others, the listing of radio host Tom Joyner and his fitness-guru wife Donna Richardson Joyner. The Joyners bought this place around a year ago for $5.475 million and are now listing for $5.6 million (they previously listed at $6.1 million). The four-bedroom house in the Trousdale Estates in Beverly Hills is a smart home wired for lighting, sound and security as well as glass wall dividers which can retract at will. There's much to love here with the open floor plan and all sorts of custom stone finishes. The exterior area is small (around a half an acre) but there is a fire pit, a pool, a spa, a waterfall and lovely views. The MLS lists it as "looking for backup" so looks like the Joyners are on their way, although probably for not much of a profit. After the jump, this kitchen is not for cooking.

Beautiful interior! Someday very soon I hope to have a house much like this one . . . though a little further Southeast . . . as in Knoxville, Tennessee. I hope to obtain this via my writings which I am desperate to get some assistance in promoting my latest writing which is a biography. Please check out my website GwenRivers.com.
