--Designer Tommy Hilfiger has rented his East Hampton estate to Mariah Carey for $350,000 - for Aug. 1 through Labor Day. It's a former estate of the day, a five-bedroom home listed for $24.5 million and you can find more pictures here.
--Actress Bridget Moynahan who is very pregnant with quarterback Tom Brady's baby, has sold her one-bedroom West Chelsea apartment for $820,000.
--Actress Anne Hathaway might be coming to Gramercy Park. The young actress and her boyfriend, real-estate developer Raffaello Follieri, are reportedly considering a townhouse on the famed private park with a $22 million price tag. You can peep this stately home at the listing here.

--Banker Charles Murphy is the buyer for Seagram heir and condo developer Matthew Bronfman's 25-room town house at 7 East 67th Street for $33 million. The home has seven levels and six fireplaces, a double-height library with hand-polished wood, and a palladium window overlooking a greenhouse.
--Colin Powell and his wife Alma have paid $1.85 million for a two-bedroom condo at 220 West 93rd Street.
--Internet entrepreneur Jeffrey Dachishas sold his three-bedroom apartment at 14 Prince Street to the Australian model (and reality TV star) Nicole Trunfio for $1.41 million. One floor down, her friend and fellow Vogue face Jessica Gomes got a 553-square-foot place from Mr. Dachis for $810,000.
--Second Avenue Deli cofounder Abe Lebewohl's longtime apartment at the Stewart House co-op on East 10th Street was sold for $4,154,550 late last month to UNICEF's Ian Jones and his wife, Marianne.

--Two oceanfront residences in Southampton, N.Y., have sold for tens of millions -- each to a next-door neighbor. Robert F.X. Sillerman, an entertainment executive, paid $30.5 million for a Meadow Lane home next to his existing house. Down the beach, Josh Harris, a founding partner of Apollo Management LP, a private-equity firm, bought his neighbor's house on Gin Lane for $25 million.
--Former Portland Trailblazer Juan Dixon has listed his Portland-area house and new recruit, 19-year-old Greg Oden is interested in the home. This looks to be the listing here.

--Television writer and producer Matt Tarses has listed a Studio City home for $3.15 million. He and his wife purchased the home in July 2006 for $2,900,029. The listing is here.
--"Grey's Anatomy's" Kate Walsh and her fiance Alex Young have picked up a home in Los Feliz for $4.75 million.

--Mr. Big Time has unearthed the location of Orlando Bloom's home in Los Angeles. He picked up a Hollywood HIlls home that once belonged to actor Thomas Gibson for $2.75 million.
--Guess co-founder Maurice Marciano has sold his house in Beverly Hills for $3.7 million and paid $1.6 million for a condo in Beverly Hills.
--Singer Toni Braxton has sold her Tarzana, California home for $2.2 million and bought a home outside of Las Vegas for $2.6 million.
-- Actress Joan Cusack has sold her 14-room house in the Ravenswood area of Chicago for $4.66 million.
--Peter Gallagher of 'The O.C.' and his wife paid $3 million for a home in Los Angeles' Brentwood neighborhood.
