Ah what else would someone expect from an heir to the Spam fortune! Utterly amazing that it is worth even $1 million - razing it to make use of the decent perch will cost the new owner a few million. So essentially making an empty land parcel worth $4 million which is more in line with the market there.
If they get anything near what they want it should go into a real estate record book ...
