They must be joking. The house is outdated and only two bedrooms. The surrounding beach doesn't even look nice, just riocky and like it might start to smell at low tide. It's not even renovated or decorated. If you had been thier you would know that anything remotely nice is well over a few mil. But if you can afford it you are buying a piece of America that would be wonderful to have. When I saw the property I was lucky enough to have time to stop and really look at it.I fell in love! It is a rough diamond with so much potential. I would restore the house, rip up the carpet and have hard wood floors, enlarge the rooms, reduce the courtyard- with sunshine even on a windy day!landscape it and name it "Mermaids at Butterfly Point".<br>Don't be jealous and nasty if you can't afford it just appreciate the place it is a beauty. ]]></description><dc:creator><![CDATA[La Contessa Aneta]]></dc:creator><pubDate>Aug 25th 2007 3:47PM</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
