Mill Valley, Estate Of The Day


Lately I'm on a bit of a mid-century modern kick, an antidote to too many McMansions. This one has a great location, on a summit in Mill Valley, California. The home, designed by a Frank Lloyd Wright protege, was built in 1962 and has fun details such as a copper fireplace. The four-bedroom home also has a gated pool and there are views to San Francisco in the distance. It is listed at $2.75 million. After the jump, the dining room with an oculus.
