Is there really anybody who will pay 10.175 $ for a Montblanc watch regardless of it having a moonphase or not ?? They have nice pens but this is a lot of money for that watch.

Lord Snooty: Montblanc has somewhat established itself as a bone-fide fine watch company (though not my taste). Actually, $10K is pretty much the price for your 'average' swiss, solid gold case (/w diamonds) moonphase watch.
Kind of a peculiar movement, not widely used I would assume, but from what I see, there's no small seconds as the article suggests. You can see central seconds and date function on the dial.
Cheers

Lord Snooty is it? Hi. I think there are some special deals on Rolax and Guccy at your local street market. Buy 2 get 1 free. Right up your alley.
