This home on Blue Hill in Maine is the perfect vacation home for someone looking for something a little more modern than your traditional shingled cottage. Now that's the kind of house I would love to live in; not too sure on the wooden window frames though.

The interior of that house is very similar to modern german homes - light, bright, and easy to clean. I'm guessing the architect spent some time studying modern german architecture.
