Polka dots have come a long way since the days of hip hop artist Kwame (anybody remember him?). And of course, polka dots have been around since before him, but that is my first encounter with polka dots being fashionable enough to wear. Like many others, the designers behind Steven Madden have been able to add a touch of sexiness to polka dots in the Richh Pump. The red platform heel and sole offsets the black nicely while adding a touch of vampiness. The 4" heel will certainly make your legs amazing all the while adding some height. But you may not want to pair this with a mini skirt, as this will take a touch of vampiness into another category.
