Central Park Plaza
Central Park Plaza in West Palm Beach, Florida tries to offer the best of both condo worlds, a luxurious tower, and and adjacent six-story loft project. The Central Park Plaza tower was inspired by the Plaza hotel and is a new building of 241 units while the smaller building is a conversion project that will be home to 50 lofts. A landscaped park surrounds both buildings. Central Park Plaza has an in-house design center and offers three custom packages: platinum, gold and silver, with the platinum package included standard with penthouse purchases and for the first 50 buyers of any unit. The complex also includes the Resident Club which includes a pool, party deck, sauna, jacuzzi, club room, catering kitchen and rooftop bar area. Homes range in price from the upper $200s to the $1.5 million range.
