From the NY Post's Gimme Shelter:--Mike Myers has bought a six-room loft-style penthouse in SoHo for $7.95 million. You can check out pictures of this impressive pad at the listing.
--Roy Scheider has gone to contract on his Sagaponack house. The listing price had been dropped the price to $18.75 million from the original $20 million.
--Tommy Hilfiger wants $350,000 in rent for the month of August plus the extra three days of Labor Day weekend for his oceanfront home on Further Lane. This is the same home that he has had up for sale for $24.5 million and was a previous estate of the day.
--Real-estate mogul Keith Rubenstein, the recent landlord of Mario Batali's Del Posto restaurant until he recently sold the 10th Avenue building for $430 million is picking up a townhouse at 8 E. 62nd St. that recently almost sold to Madonna for close to the $35 million asking price.
--The former 60-acre estate of Henry Clay Frick II, in Alpine, N.J., is being subdivided into a luxury enclave of high-priced homes and building sites. 12 separate residences will be built on lots ranging in size from 3 1/2 to 7 acres and selling for between $1.5 million and $3 million per acre. The original Frick mansion will have a price tag of $42.5 million or for l $48.5 million, the developer will deliver the mansion completely renovated. Sales will begin in July through Sotheby's Real Estate.

--Elizabeth Stribling has decided to move out of her townhouse on East 84th Street near York Avenue and into condominium penthouse at One Brooklyn Bridge Park, for more than $6.6 million.
--Writer Margaret Truman, daughter of President Harry S. Truman, has put her triplex at 830 Park Avenue, shown above on the market for $8 million. The listing is here.
--Michael Hirtenstein, a businessman who flipped a condo at the Time Warner Center in February for an $11 million gain, is now buying a triplex apartment with a private outdoor pool at One York for $19.6 million.

--Chad Michael Murray and Sophia Bush have put their five-bedroom Wilmington, North Carolina home on the market for $860,000. Far more charming than the couple ever was, the listing is here.
--Michael Madsen has put his five-bedroom home in Malibu on the market for $9.95 million. Madsen seems to be in a must-sell-now situation as noted on the listing.
--We mentioned earlier that 50 Cent has listed the house that used to belong to Mike Tyson in Farmington, CT. The website is finally live so we'll be checking it out later as our estate of the day.
--Actress Golden Brooks is selling her three-bedroom Los Angeles home for $1.65 million.
--Lost actor Terry O'Quinn has put his Haleiwa, Hawaii home on the market for $2.94 million.
--Steven Cojocaru has listed his five-bedroom Hollywood Blvd. home for $2.995 million.

--The recent death of the Mosler Safe heiress Janet Coleman two weeks ago at age 89, frees up a duplex at the prestigious 740 Park building.
--A 138-year-old brownstone in Greenwich Village, which for half its life had been home to the neighborhood's most delectably artsy couple, has been sold to Robert DeLeonardis, president of the Manhattan Association of Realtors for $3.05 million.
--Art collector and SAC Capital hedge-fund founder Steven A. Cohen has picked up a 10-bedroom, two-acre estate at 96 Further Lane, listed for $19.95 million.

--David Schwimmer's onetime home just north of L.A.'s Sunset Strip has sold for $1.93million.
--An1,822-square-foot house in Los Angeles' Hollywood Hills that once was owned by actor Jason Schwartzman has been sold by purse designer Jana Feifer for $1,325,454.
--Bassist Tony Kanal of the band No Doubt has sold his 3,228-square-foot house in Los Angeles' Los Feliz neighborhood for $1,560,000, well above his listing price of $1,495,000.
-- Tyler Perry has sold his two-bedroom, contemporary-style house on the Pacific Ocean in Malibu, Calif. for $4.8 million.

--Jamie Foxx has bought a $10.5-million, 17,000-square-foot Mediterranean-style villa in the Thousand Oaks community of Hidden Valley.
--Kirstie Alley has bought a house in east Hollywood, south of Los Feliz, for about $749,000. Alley plans to use the house as an office and perhaps as living quarters for her assistants and has a residence a mile away from the house that she just bought.
--Emmy-winning KCAL-TV Channel 9 helicopter pilot and reporter Larry Welk III, the grandson of bandleader Lawrence Welk, has put his Sun Valley equestrian estate on the market at close to $2.489 million. The listing is here.
