"I just finished reading your comments about 50's house. I found it to be beautiful. You stated it looked more like a businessman's hotel than a rapper's paradise. First of all, are you stereotyping rappers? What is a rapper's home supposed to look like? Bullet holes in the walls? The man is a business man. If this is his taste in decor, so be it. You're selling the house not what is in it.

Actually most homes of this caliber are sold furnished; so I doubt the decor was chosen by Fifty Cent but instead retained from Mike Tyson's stewardship. The problem is the home is so ostentatiously large that the dated, spartan appointments make it feel cold and uninviting. The lounge / piano bar looks straight out of an interstate-side Holiday Inn, complete with tacky brass railings. It would probably take more than the initial purchase price to properly renovate / decorate.

Focus: The property could be turned into an exclusive spa / rehab facility without much effort.

Did you take a guided tour of the place? Did you have somebody go inside and reference this information to you?

Casting judgement based on some out-dated pictures does not do fair justice on the house.
This house has been vastily upgraded and re-done, just based on the things you mentioned.

And yeah, you never answered the question about how a rapper's house is supposed to look, which was asked to you by the first commenter.
You try to fault the house because it has classy elements.

People are criticizing his choice on buying a 19 bedroom house, maybe he bought it so he could sell it down the line for more profit like he's doing now, don't people in real estate do this all the time? If you could pay less for a house and sell it for over 10 times the money you paid, wouldn't you buy it?

Maybe he bought it so he could have lots of family over, I mean who cares? Why does that matter?
