Moszkito Diamond Flip Flops

Diamonds on the soles of her shoes? How about diamonds across your flip-flops instead. Moszkito makes flip-flops with arch support that are meant for more than just a trip to the beach. The Snake Charmer flip-flop features 24 round, full-cut, high quality diamonds (6 carats total) on a black leather shoe. The Moszkito Arch Sandals offer more support than a traditional flip-flop and comes in a variety of price ranges, styles and colors. The diamond-decorated version sells for $20,000.

And by the way I do have money, and still wouldn't spend the money on those ugly things.
If I were to wear diamonds on my feet I would definitely make sure the shoes were a little prettier.
More power to the people who buy them, but they are not for me.
(sorry about the trashy people joking, just thought it was funny the way the comments were headed)

i have more money than you, you are right, these flip-flops are an example of what rich people waste their money on. i think the diamonds on the flip-flops look ok, but chances are they will become detached. wear and tear may also contribute to detachment of the diamonds. Also, these flip-flops are just another fashion accessory; they're not to be worn at the beach. so technically, these shoes aren't worth the money to be spent on. if u think about it, it is a rip-off, cuz since the diamonds are on shoes, they'll get dirty and may fall off, and sometimes without u realizing it.

Hey..maybe paris hilton can use them in the shower room at the jail...

I think everyone missed the point...this blog is about a DESIGNER who has obviously made a very creative yet controversial piece that will give people something to talk about. And with that said, this designer has done his job. Please may I add, the article did state "comes in a variety of price ranges, styles and colors"...So I guess "black flip flops" has turned into a stereotyped victim which caused some to have wasted thier God given talent of sarcasm and others to just down right out battle. No ones seen the other styles or colors. Good blog though, diverse ideas and opinions make the world go round...and give certain designers the boldness to put real diamonds on sandals. :)

Ha ha ha...that is pretty good. But, the sad thing is that now, people are fighting over a stupid pair of flip-flops. They are what they are. Paris Hilton shower shoes. Not their fault that they don't live in the real world where people are practical about things like that...

God this is worse than crocks craze! {ugliest shoe I have ever seen by the way}
Oprah should of been wearing these so no one noticed her 6th toe!
Jane May 19th 2007 12:57AM
While I do think these flip flops look like trash, I don't see why black flip flops in general look "rough" on girls. That's just a weird and ignorant comment. If you don't like girls that wear them, don't stare at their feet. Anyway...I completely agree with the comment by "Me." Couldn't have said it better myself.

#11 while your over there complaining about how someone cant spell correctly check your user name...I have more money then you....it is NOT "then you" it is THAN you....
Devynn May 19th 2007 9:17AM
if you got the money to buy the damn things, you probably don't care too much about what may or may not happen to them. and further more, ppl with this kind of money keep non profit orgs afloat b/c they know it's better to give then to receive, unless it's a tax right off, THEN it's a lil bit of both, HAHA! but seriously, if you got it, flaunt it! :) i wouldn't mind having these shoes or nice knockoffs with stones in mutiple colors. has anyone else noticed how the diamonds are only on one part of the shoe in the picture? i don't dig that look too much, BUT i DO dig the fact that these flip flops have good arch support. something flip flops have been lacking since forever! another good reason to buy them: they're good for your feet! :)
Josh May 19th 2007 2:23AM
it must been a democrat who made these flip flops haha we all know how stupid them people are
rlay May 19th 2007 2:49AM
I agree with jamie, flip flops are about being comfy and carefree. Does it make them more practical like they are meant to be? Seriously, who gives a crap if your flip flops have 20 grand worth of diamonds encrusted on them. If anyone actually noticed (which I seriously doubt), you might get robbed.
Vasiliki May 19th 2007 3:47AM
LOL LMAO! Cut 'em up & make into necklace! Make sure birds don't poop on 'em at beach! LOL!
enemyofsocialdistortion May 19th 2007 4:22AM
these look so 99 cents. haha, imagine rich bitches wearing these on their smelly disgusting feet. btw i would never wear anything with diamond(s) knowing how they are gotten out of caves by poor south african workers that get neglected.
enemyofsocialdistortion May 19th 2007 4:24AM
o and josh you are so wrong, its not the democrats that are stupid its the republicans. democrats arent pro wealthy people or wealth, the conservatives are. go read news about politics if you don't know.
enemyofsocialdistortion May 19th 2007 4:25AM
and wats wrong with black flip flops? i see nothing wrong with them at all.
enemyofsocialdistortion May 19th 2007 4:43AM
i just saw a comment written by someone dont know the name but its not a talent to tell people how much you are wealthier than any person commenting here. its just so stupid and very low, that doesnt make you anything.that doesnt even prove that you're human.
Ron May 19th 2007 5:27AM
Are all you guys assuming that someone really bought a pair of these things? Just because they were made doesn't mean they sold.
UA WILDCATS May 19th 2007 5:19AM
haha that's pretty funny Lee! I agree with the majority of the people here too. Those sandals are ridiculously expensive! However, there will always be someone out there where $20,000 is peanuts to them compared to us. Maybe that's what 'i make more money than you' was getting at. Good for them. On the contrary, I know all the hard work and sweat I have to put in for a dollar and there's no way I'd waste all that hard-earned money for a pair of cheap looking flip flops.
Spippy May 19th 2007 5:25AM
The reason they cost so much is they know there are enough bimbos out there like Paris and Britney who have money and all their taste in their ass. They would be a great little addition to Paris's little jail visit, it would totally make the orange jumpsuit.
