From the NY Post's Gimme Shelter:-- Scarlett Johansson has been checking out a one-bedroom penthouse apartment in the Chelsea Club.
--Diandra Douglas, the ex-wife of Michael Douglas has listed the Upper East Side townhouse she renovated for $10.25 million. She bought the 16-foot-wide brownstone in September 2005 for $5.45 million.
--Ellen Barkin has dished about the West Village townhouse she bought after her divorce from Ronald Perelman in a recent issue of More magazine. She paid $7.5 million for the vintage home on West 12th Street.
--Interior designer Jamie Drake has bought a two-bedroom condo in the Annabelle Selldorf-designed building going up in the Chelsea arts district.
--"Trading Spaces" designer Laura Day and her husband have bought a fixer-upper townhouse for $7.75 million.
--Ping Jiang, a managing director at SAC Capital Management, has paid $16.5 million for a seventh-floor two-bedroom apartment in the same building where Yoko Ono, Lauren Bacall, Connie Chung and Maury Povich reside.

--Saturday Night Live star Amy Poehler and Arrested Development alum Will Arnett have sold their fifth-floor condo at 1 Morton Square for $2.2 million. They bought a condo higher up in the building for $5,275,000.
--Opera diva Renée Fleming has paid $4,262,700 for eight and a half rooms in need of renovation atop 200 West 86th Street.
--The Soho loft that belonged to the later writer Olivia Goldsmith has been sold for $2.7 million.
--Art patron Elizabeth A. Sackler, whose name is affixed to the Brooklyn Museum's new Center for Feminist Art, has sold her sixth-floor co-op at 14 East 90th for $5.2 million. She has reportedly bought the penthouse in the building for $10.5 million.

--Actor John Clark Gable, the son of Clark Gable has sold one Malibu house for $2.8 million and bought a second one for $2.15 million.
--Ali Landry has reduced asking price of her house in Los Feliz from $2.395 million to $2.325 million.
--Shad Gregory Moss, formerly known as Lil' Bow Wow, has listed his four-bedroom house in Duluth, Ga. for $1.5 million. Check out the young man's taste in decor at the listing here.

--Tony Randall's widow Harlan has put their apartment, shown above, in the Beresford building in Manhattan on the market for $17.5 million. The listing is here.
--Film producer Gale Anne Hurd and her husband, screenwriter Jonathan Hensleigh have put $15 million for their Pasadena, Calif., home on the market. It's our estate of the day later today.

--Kate Jackson has sold her former home in Sherman Oaks for $800,000.
--Matt Battaglia, who has a recurring role as Agent Jennings on "24," and his wife, Tina, have sold their Studio City home for $1.6 million.
--William Lawrence Boyd, who played Hopalong Cassidy owned a Palm Desert home that will be auctioned on June 2. The two-bedroom home will be sold with no minimum bid to the highest bidder.
