Wow! I could have used a place like this back in December of 2005. Mid-range hotels that accept pets were unheard of and we ended up staying in a "flea" hotel :(
I will definitely bookmark this "hotel" should we ever go through SanFran again!

Night of Terror
We took our dogs to Wags for one night stay in a luxury suite. This turned out to be a night of terror for our dogs. We paid for specialized care because one dog had a foot injury. So, when we logged into the camera in the morning we saw our dogs sitting in a room covered with poop and pee and nervously scratching to get out. The dog that was supposed to have specialized care, which included four walks a day, wore all her nails off and came home with four injured paws instead of one!! We called from seven in the morning until nine and got no response. We just watched in horror. The play groups are so filled with dogs that the only activity they can participate in is peeing on the floor. Only take your dog to Wag Hotel if you are especially sadistic and want to watch your dog being mistreated over the Internet. We called from seven in the morning until nine and got no response. You are better off leaving your dog in the trunk of your car on a hot day.
