Porsche Ambulance: Luxury Bus to the Rescue

There may not be a whole lot of room inside, but how many ambulances have you seen that can off-road with the best of them and accelerate from 0-60 in 6.4 seconds? This Porsche Cayenne S has been outfitted with all of the best lifesaving equipment, including an EKG machine and difibrillator, and has paint to match its function. It's the sixth of its kind in Germany, also joining Cayennes outfitted for firefighters, security officers and other safety professionals.

Porsche has been supplying Cayennes for ambulance duty to various racing series (F1 in particular) for many years...

Porche was designed for preformance, why not an ambulance, in Britian they use them as Taxi's and I use mine for hauling my wolf. Beisdes the 0 to 60, it has class, style and the engineering to beat all other vehicles of this type.

Having driven one for over a year, I can understand why they would be used as an amubulance. They are amazing and responsive and can get in and out of tight squeezes. I could think of a 1000 other reasons to drive one.
