--Ricky Martin will be buying in at Ian Schrager's 40 Bond development in NoHo, spending around $7 million for a three-bedroom condo.
--Susan Weber Soros, the wealthy ex-wife of financier George Soros has sold her two-bedroom co-op apartment at 110 Riverside Drive for $4.75 million.
--The estate of the late widow of Lehman Bros. founder Robert Lehman has sold her co-op at 2 E. 67th St. for $26 million, after first being offered for $32 million last fall.
--In less than two years, 15 Central Park West has sold out with a record $1.9 billion in sales.
--Soap star Beth Ehlers, who plays Harley on "Guiding Light," has listed her 12-room Upper Montclair, New Jersey home for $899,000. The listing for the five-bedroom Colonial is here.

From Berg Properties Big Time Listings:
--Baseball star Ichiro Suzuki has paid $2.2 million to purchase a condominium unit in the Biscuit Company Lofts building in Los Angeles' Industrial District.
--50 Cent has put his 52-room Connecticut mansion on the market for $18.5 million. The estate was once owned by boxer Mike Tyson and a website for the home has been set up but no pictures of this home yet.
--Kirk Hammett, the lead guitarist of Metallica, has reduced the price of his San Francisco mansion from $12.5 million to $10.5 million.
--Whitney Houston's five-bedroom house in Alpharetta, Ga. was not foreclosed on and is on the market for $1,349,000.
--Jenna Jameson has bought a four-bedroom house in the Hollywood Hills for $2.7 million.
--Cher, her sister, and her brother-in-law together have paid $1,875,000 to purchase a two-story house in Malibu.
--Dr. Phil McGraw has sold a 3,094-square-foot house in the Hollywood Hills that he had listed last November for $4,199,000 and finally had cut its price to $3,749,000.

From The Wall Street Journal Online's Private Properties:
--Jamie Dimon, the chairman of J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., has listed his 15,500-square-foot brownstone mansion on Chicago's Gold Coast, shown above, for $13.5 million. The listing is here.
--Nicolas Cage has taken a pair of recently purchased San Francisco properties off the market after briefly listing them for sale. The 90-year-old home and an adjacent vacant lot went on the market last week for a combined $9.4 million but were then taken off the market.
--It's back, Lenny Kravitz is offering his Crosby Street penthouse again. The apartment sat on the market for a while at $12.95 million and was eventually pulled off the market. Now it is listed at $19.5 million.
--CNN's chief technology correspondent, Miles O'Brien, and his wife, Sandy, are asking $3,495,000 for a Manhattan apartment. We'll be checking this out as our estate of the day later today.

--One-time G.O.P. Senate hopeful K.T. McFarland has sold her 13-room apartment to W.L. (Lee) Lyons Brown Jr., a former George W. Bush–appointed ambassador to Austria for $17.5 million.
--Actor Michael C. Hall and estranged wife Amy Spanger have sold their Broadway co-op to the comedian and Broadway performer Stephen Lynch for $1.8 million.
--Lawyer Edward Tuddenham and his wife, Sarah Cleveland, a University of Texas law professor have paid $2.4 million for a five-level Harlem townhouse.
-- Saint David's School, an all-boys prep school on East 89th Street has paid $2,995,000 for two side-by-side condos in Philip Johnson's three-year-old Metropolitan to use for the headmaster.

--The Mama brings detail on the new home of Posh and Becks, $22 million (list) for a six-bedroom Mediterranean villa of boredom.
--The home of Brandon Davis's father wine importer and grape grower Nebil Zarif in "the birds" area of Los Angeles on Nightingale Drive, is on the market. The estate includes a 6,000 square foot main house and a 2,000 square foot guest house.
--Tom Cruise news abounds, rumor has it he might have purchased a complex on Torreyson Drive in the Hollywood Hills in the $10 million range.
--Carl Spielvogel and Barbaralee Diamonstein-Spielvogel have listed their Gin Lane home in Southampton, New York for around $35 million.
--Could Britney Spears be looking at the house that Jane Seymour and James Keach own? It is back on the market and Britney may be looking to lease.
--Actor/DJ Danny Masterson has listed his home in Beachwood Canyon for $1,595,000.

From the LA Times Hot Property:
--Another version of Tom Cruise real estate news. This time he is said to have bought a Beverly Hills home for close to $35 million. The home was built in 1937 and has a long driveway, a tennis court and a pool.
--Gwen Stefani has sold her Los Feliz home for the list price of close to $4.8 million.
--The Lord Hanson home, an 8,000-square-foot gated tennis estate in the Old Las Palmas area of Palm Springs, has been sold for $3.1 million. The buyers are Bob Dickinson, a 15-time Emmy winner for his lighting of special events - including Emmys for his work on the Academy Awards and Grammy shows - and his partner, Michael Marler. The buyers' former home, in Palm Springs, is listed at $1.975 million.
--Emmy-winning costume designer Robert Blackman has listed his Spanish-style villa in the Los Feliz hills for $1.699 million.
