The latest limited edition from Louis Vuitton is the Dentelle. Like the Cerise and the Groom it takes the standard monogram canvas look and expands upon it. This bag has a web of delicate lurex embroidery in white and gold using a pattern of real lace. The bag shown here is the Monogram Dentelle Batignolles Horizontal and sells for $1,720 at eLuxury. Comments around the blogosphere on the Dentelle line have been mixed. Some say oooh lingerie for your purse how dainty and feminine, others say yuck, it looks moldy. Me, I'll pass, but then again, I'm not a Louis lover.
