Trump Baja Spa Tower

The second phase of Donald Trump's Baja project has been announced. The Spa Tower at Trump Ocean resort will be home to 182 condo-hotel units. The project, located about 30 minutes from San Diego, will feature rooms with an organic feel. The suites will use organic furnishings, materials and colors taken from the local environment and a muted palette that incorporates quartz, glass and pebble tiles and native plant motifs.
Spa Tower owners will have easy access to the spa where they can indulge in massages, sea salt wraps, facials, manicures, pedicures and custom treatments. The spa will have an ocean view and a floating stone bridge over water ponds, a spa boutique, a relaxation room, unique women's and men's locker rooms, women's and men's outdoor warm soaking pools, a meditation garden, steam cave, and a therapeutic outdoor Jacuzzi tub with a waterfall.
The first Baja Trump offering set a one-day real estate sales record for Mexico at $122 million in December 2006. Prices for studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom hotel-condominiums start in the mid-$300,000's.

Hi Deidre,
Sorry to contact you through comments, but I couldn't find anywhere a contact form!!
I am Javier, the founder of
http://Trendirama.com

about The Future of Everything.
I would like to invite you personally Deidre, and the guys at Luxist to join us and
write an article on the website on the Future of anything you guys are
passionate about...
The article would give you great exposure and other
benefits detailed on the website.
You also get a link back, and can use some of your existing published material, in the last part of the article, "your view and comments".
Failing that, if you like the project and you can help
us spread the word, it would be great.
By sharing what we know, we all help to make the world a better place. Joining is free and easy.
Please send me a line with what you think, and if "not", why not. That helps us do things better. Also if you can forward this message to any other luxist person who may be interested, it would be great
Regards!
