A significant portion of the penthouses were sold to an Industrialist from Mexico.<br><br>Whoever runs the sales team for this project should be given a medal for the results this far.<br><br>I pity the poor manager trying to sell 300+ rooms a night in this project for prices that will provide a return to the unit owners--there are not that many rooms in the entire state of Idaho selling in that price range--it will be a long time until that market develops in Tamarack.]]></description><dc:creator><![CDATA[Jason Gordon]]></dc:creator><pubDate>Mar 29th 2007 11:46AM</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
