I have always wondered about how comfortable a bed on these boats would be. Any idea?

I can't speak for the Charybdis, but I've slept on beds on a Sunseeker and a Princess V70 and they're comfortable. Maybe not as comfortable as home or a 4S bed, but comfy.

It depends on the boat and the type of mattress. Many boats use hard foam mattresses which are not very comfortable. These can be replaced with specially made thin spring mattresses that are much better.
