Trump Tower Set To Go Up In Toronto
We first heard rumblings about Trump's Toronto efforts two years ago, now it looks like it is an official go. The Toronto Star reports that a Toronto developer has secured the funding to begin construction on the 70-story Trump International Hotel and Tower in downtown Toronto. Talon International Development Inc. have arranged $310 million in financing with an Austrian bank and the construction of Canada's first Trump Tower should begin later this year. Condo-hotel suites in the hotel tower start at $800,000 and larger residential suites start at $1.8 million.[Thanks, Duarte]
