--Former Yankee pitcher Randy Johnson's former rental apartmentat 230 W. 56th Street is now for sale for $11.9 million. The listing for the five-bedroom apartment on the 58th floor is here.
--Goldman Sachs CEO Lloyd Blankfein has signed a contract to buy "Old Trees" for around $41 million.
--Treat Williams has sold his Manhattan apartment for $1 million more than his asking price of $4.75 million.

--Mariska Hargitay has reduced the price of her Tribeca penthouse to $5.95 million, it was previously listed at $6.495 million.
