--Howard Stern has found a new Hamptons summer rental, he is renting an oceanfront home on Meadow Lane. It has been on the market for $25 million since October 2005.
--Former Yankee pitcher Randy Johnson's former rental apartmentat 230 W. 56th Street is now for sale for $11.9 million. The listing for the five-bedroom apartment on the 58th floor is here.
--Goldman Sachs CEO Lloyd Blankfein has signed a contract to buy "Old Trees" for around $41 million.
--Treat Williams has sold his Manhattan apartment for $1 million more than his asking price of $4.75 million.

--Emma Bloomberg, the daughter of Mayor Michael Bloomberg has bought a condo in the Fischer Mills building for $2.45 million.
--Weeks after stepping down as the longtime C.E.O. of NBC, Bob Wright, the former CEO of NBC has a new $10,695,000 apartment at the Heritage, a condominium in the Trump Place development.
--Mariska Hargitay has reduced the price of her Tribeca penthouse to $5.95 million, it was previously listed at $6.495 million.
--The Fifth Avenue Co-op belonging to Anne Slater is now under contract. It was listed at $17.7 million. The listing for this elegant apartment is here.

From Berg Properties Big Time Listings:
--The oceanfront Malibu house that once belonged to the late actor Michael Landon of "Little House on the Prairie" has sold for $22,750,000.
-- Ozzy Osbourne has reduced his asking price on his Malibu home from $11.5 million to $10,995,000. The listing is here.
--A four-bedroom Bel-Air home once owned by Limp Bizkit frontman Fred Durst is available for $7.9 million. The listing is here.
--Villa Chili, the home of Red Hot Chili Peppers frontman Anthony Kiedis is in escrow. He has also bought a two-bedroom house in the Spanish Trail golf course community in Las Vegas that had been listed for $535,000.
--Grammy award-winning guitarist, composer and record producer Steve Vai is selling his three-bedroom house in Los Angeles' Hollywood Hills for $2,199,000. The listing is here.
--The six-bedroom, Malibu estate that once was owned by Sammy Hagar is on the market for $10.5 million or for rent at $35,000 a month. The listing is here.

--Baseball outfielder Steve Finley has sold his 10,000-square-foot, Tuscan-style house in the San Diego area for close to its $8,995,000 asking price.
--Veronica Hearst, widow of newspaper heir Randolph Apperson Hearst, has listed Villa Venezio in Manalapan for $27 million. It's our estate of the day later today.

--The home of Vondie Curtis-Hall and Kasi (Karen) Lemmons in Los Angeles is listed for $3.595 milion.

--It's official, Lindsay Lohan has sold her Sierra Towers condo for close to its asking price of $2,495,000.
--Bassist Tony Kanal of No Doubt has listed his Los Feliz home, built in 1922, for $1.495 million. According to the listing, it is already under contract.
--Dennis Franz and his wife, Joanie, have listed their Century City town house for $1.395 million. The listing for the nondescript condo is here.
