Over the past couple of years we have watched the resort community of Cabo San Lucas at the tip of Baja Mexico explode with luxury hotels and properties and there is no end in sight. The latest development planned is
Hacienda a luxury village-style resort set on 22 acres overlooking a beach. The new development is being created on the old site of the Hacienda hotel, which was a Cabo landmark for a long time.The gated community will offer both beachfront villas and resort residences with amenities that include terraces and pools, a beach club, spa, grill and bar and concierge and property management services. The two-story beachfront villas offer 3,600 feet of interior space, 875 feet of terraced space and master bedrooms on both floors. The resort residences have one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom floorplans. The resort is being created by the Koll Company, who are also behind Cabo Del Sol and
Palmilla. Prices range from $750,000 to $6 million for the homes.
