Herb's Aromatic Vodkas
Vodka is know for being a very versatile spirit, as it has a relatively plain taste that won't overshadow other flavors - a fact which makes it a great choice for cocktails, as well as for infusions from manufacturers. Some of the more unusual infusions that we've seen recently are from Herb's Aromatic Vodkas. These vodkas are infused with the essential oils of Rosemary, Dill, Fennel and Cilantro, adding unexpected flavors to smooth, grain vodka to bring out a "complexity unlike anything you've ever tasted." They're recommended for martinis to be served with dinner, as opposed to pre-dinner cocktails, and for use in cooking. Price: $29, but it is only available in select retailers in Las Vegas and New York, with new markets to be added over the next several months.

I have tried the vodka, it is awesome. When you smell it you feel like you are smelling the actual herb. I use the Dill for a Bloody Mary and the Rosemary with tangerine juice, lemon juice, and a sprinkle of sugar.
