From the NY Observer's Manhattan Transfers:--A 101-year-old mansion at 47 East 68th Street has been sold for a $19 million to Carlos Alejandro Pérez Dávila. The townhouse was listed last spring for $26.8 million. The 12,000-square-foot house is going to be renovated for use as a single family.
--The flipping has already begun at 50 Gramercy Park North. The condo development was built in conjunction with the redevelopment of the Gramercy Park Hotel. One of the developers. Michael Fuchs, has put an eighth-floor sponsor unit at 50 Gramercy Park North on the market for$14.5 million, he paid $9,062,400 for the unit. The listing is here.
--The Wilf family, a New Jersey–based real-estate clan, has sold its nine-room apartment at the Chatham on East 65th Street for $7.2 million.

--Michael Stipe has paid $5.75 million for Casey Affleck's three-bedroom, 31/2-bath TriBeCa penthouse loft .
--The one-bedroom apartment of legendary architect Philip Johnson is on the market for $2.5 million.The home has a coffered living-room ceiling and marble floors and a powder room decorated with Andy Warhol's "cow wallpaper" that features the artist's autograph on the fabric. The listing is here.
