Often private islands are in remote locations. Not this one. This island is located in Lavallette, N.J. The unique home on this small island was built to give the feeling of being on a ship. It has five bedrooms and there is also a one-bedroom guest house. The home has a helipad (there is a helicopter on the premises) and there are two boats included (19' & 25'). This unique property also comes with a lot on the mainland for docking your boat for access to the island. The island also has an in-ground pool, bocce court, jogging path and a beach.
