A Southern California restaurant has found a unique way to drum up Valentine's Day business.
The Anaheim White House is giving away a $10,000 diamond and sapphire necklace to one special guest of the restaurant. The restaurant is offering a special prix fixe menu the week of February 8-14 and will give away a pink sapphire and diamond heart necklace worth $1,000 each night, presenting the $10,000 necklace to one patron chosen at random from the computerized reservation service on Valentine's Day. Sure, it's a publicity stunt, but it's a sharp one. After all, who is going to turn down free diamonds?

The $10K estimate is way too high. I'd say it's worth about $2500.

All I can say about this, is get your reservations in people, because I have on many occasions have had the pleasure of eating at the White House in Anaheim. The food is incredible and well worth the time and money to go there. Let alone being giben the chance at a piece of bling for your lady.

Patricia, it plainly stated one necklace for 10 nights. The value is $1000 each..it would be super nice if we could win a $2500 necklace...good luck!

Hey Jean,It says a $1000 necklace each night Feb 8 - 14 and THEN a $10,000 necklace on Valentine's Day. Even if it was just one $1000 necklace each night a week only has 7 days so your math is still off!
