Eat A Meal, Win A Necklace

A Southern California restaurant has found a unique way to drum up Valentine's Day business. The Anaheim White House is giving away a $10,000 diamond and sapphire necklace to one special guest of the restaurant. The restaurant is offering a special prix fixe menu the week of February 8-14 and will give away a pink sapphire and diamond heart necklace worth $1,000 each night, presenting the $10,000 necklace to one patron chosen at random from the computerized reservation service on Valentine's Day. Sure, it's a publicity stunt, but it's a sharp one. After all, who is going to turn down free diamonds?
