From the NY Post's Gimme Shelter:
--A new high has been set in New York. A 55-acre waterfront estate in North Haven has hit the market for $80 million which is the highest listing price ever placed on a residential property New York. There are two residences on the property. The listing is here.
--Lorraine Bracco has listed here Bridgehampton summer house with an asking price of $3.25 million. The listing for the five-bedroom home is here.
--Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones have purchased a luxury five-bedroom residence on Dellis Cay, a private island in Turks & Caicos, for over $7 million.
--The triplex loft penthouse featured in Drew Barrymore and Hugh Grant's flick "Music & Lyrics" and in the Ugly Betty pilot with 30-foot ceilings at 213 W. 23rd St. is on the market for $8.95 million. The pink and green palace, shown above, is listed here.

From the Wall Street Journal's Private Properties:
--An L.A.-based investment group has bout the Cojo and Jalama ranches in Southern California. The 25,000 acre spread is said to be the state's largest noncommercial real-estate deal. The purchase was close to the asking price of $155 million. The sale included 1,300 head of cattle. Plans for the land haven't been revealed yet.
--Our estate of the day, later today will be a castle which is for sale in Malibu, California.

From the NY Observer's Manhattan Transfers:
-- Ralph Lauren model Filippa Hamilton has bought a duplex on the 10th and 11th floors of the Urban Glass House for $2.395 million.
--The Andrew Norwood House, a landmarked rowhouse has been sold to the 29-year-old developer Ben Shaoul for $8.25 million. The rowhouse may be turned into an arts-oriented private club.
--The artist Nam June Paik's Grand Street studio has sold for $1,474,000 to hotelier Jeffrey Dagowitz.
-Singer-songwriter Suzanne Vega has bought a seven-room apartment at 37 West 93rd Street for $1.587 million.

From the LA Times Hot Property:
--Heisman Trophy winner Reggie Bush who plays for the New Orleans Saints has purchased a Hollywood Hills home for nearly its asking price of $5 million.
--Actor William deVry has purchased a 1927, storybook-style Hollywood Hills home for about $1.58 million.
--Lucy Davis, who played receptionist Dawn in the BBC's "The Office," and her husband, Owain Yeoman bought a Craftsman-style Hancock Park home for close to $1.2 million.
