In The Estates, a gated community in Calabasas, California, massive new houses are going up quickly with little breathing room between them. This home on a street with the grand name of Prado del Grandioso is new and designed with as bland a palette as possible so that you can impose your own vision on it. The six-bedroom home has a huge foyer dripping with wrought iron details, a screening room, elevator and a large master suite. The grounds include a pool and a covered sitting area with a fireplace and the home has views down into the valley. It is listed at $10.8 million.
