I know that these luxe restaurants try to do more for you than just serve you food, but seriously, I don't need a history of each chocolate I'm tasting from the waiter. And I have since forgotten what it was paired with, I believe several different types of Rum, but for someone who doesn't enjoy alcohol (which I really do actually) this could turn them off. <br><br>Personally...
