Buckingham Hotel Holiday Packages For Big Spenders
We've seen a pricey package from the Buckingham Hotel in New York City for Valentine's Day before but now they've got a holiday package for those with $75,000 to spare.Their Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree Package is available from now until January 8 when the tree comes down in Rockefeller Center. The package includes being taken from anywhere in the NY metro area in a winter white vintage Rolls Royce to the Buckingham Hotel's Martinelli Penthouse which is decorated with a miniature replica of Rockefeller's Center Christmas Tree. Next you have a private lunch at the Rock Center Café, followed by a private skating session. Then you get into a helicopter for a three hour air tour complete with white truffle snacks giving you a bird's eye view of the lighting of the Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree. Back at the Penthouse, there will be a couple of gifts, a Swarovski Rhodium and Crystal Rockefeller Tree 2006 pin, as well as a replica of the golden Prometheus statue that guards the ice of The Rink at Rockefeller Center.Far more reasonable is their Rockettes Christmas Package that includes a two night stay in a one-bedroom suite and four Christmas Spectacular tickets for a more modest $900.
