The Florian is another posh development headed for prestigious Yorkville area of Toronto The Florian will be a 22-story building with 120 units. Details include ground floor gardens and landscaped terraces. Prices will range from $700,000 for a one-bedroom to over $3 million for penthouses. Amenities will include 24-hour concierge, valet service and optional luxuries like individual wine cellars. The building is still in the planning stages but occupancy is scheduled for
the spring of 2009.
