Vibe Headphones

The latest in earphones to replace the standard ones that came with your iPod or other MP3 player are the Vibe modaphones from V-MODA. The noise-isolating modaphone is metal with soft silicon fittings (in three sizes). They are hi-fideltity earphones that are designed to reduce outside noise and provide a rich base response. The Vibe headphones come in either black or chrome and sell for $101. They come in a gold leather pouch and purchasers also receive access to "V-MODA modcasts," music and other gear. They are attractive and cheaper than the Shure headphones I've been craving.

Check out the iLounge preview of these headphones, there's a red prototype featured. I hope they decide to release them, as of now only silver and gunmetal gray are for sale.

$101 is entirely way to much for headphones that will probably last a month or 2 then break or start fading. I bought a pair of noise reducing headphones just like that for $20 and they work just as good. Next I totally agree with 3 and 5.

# 6 and 8 - I don't see you answering if you're so smart and well educated - why you know no espaniol??? They need to stick to their Spanish version of AOL land stay off one that we write in English - much like our Country's standards should be.

And who cares about the ear phones - $100 is ridiculous when all you're doing is shattering your eardrums one decible at a time!

To Nos. 3 and 5, here's a point you obviously haven't considered in your little minds: it's the world wide web and, for all any one of us knows, that may have come from a Spanish-speaking country. Didn't think of that,huh?

As someone else said, the topic is supposed to be the headphones.

These headphones look cool, I like the black ones. I think im going to buy some for my husband. I have been wanting to buy something small that he can take to work to use with his 80GB IPod. Sounds like a good Christmas gift!!!

And to all them haters out there, for your information I am Mexican and so is my husband, and I can afford them and there are a lot of us out there who are also Immigrants and can afford them!! In every race there are people that can afford things and people that cant afford things including your race so dont hate. Just becareful might be in the future you end up working for one of us immigrants or a family member marries one, so just learn to love everyone regardless of race.

I dont even speak spanish and I could deduce that they were requesting the link for the site... get the chip off your shoulder...

Anyway... I'm glad to hear they come in 3 sizes... because normal earbuds hurt my ears... they are too bulky...

I live in SW FL and I totally agree with #3 & #5.....speak English. This is still (regardless of what you want it to be) America and our language is English! There are sites for other languages,.....go there. This is not hatred it is just that we are overwhelmed with people coming to this country and not having enough consideration to learn the language and you're right this is about headphones.......but we just can't help ourselves, can we?

Finally, I get a chance to make a statement. When you
decide to go live in another country - please learn to speak the language. I was always taught that it is extremely rude to speak a foreign language in front of someone who doesn't understand that language.

I went to a party held by my daughter who is married to someone from Mexico. All the Mexicans sat there and
talked to each other in Spanish so we couldn't understand what they were saying. Makes me think they
are talking about me. IT'S JUST SO RUDE . . . . . .

First of all this posting is about VIBE HEADPHONES not politics and i don't know why people must be negative and racist but it's probably because racist people just hate themselves too.

I'm hispanic (BORN IN THE USA) and I can afford a few pairs of these because guess what, we are not all poor and guess what we are not all immigrants...and i don't speak spanish that well either haha

TIP: you can get headphone similar to these for way cheaper...good luck!

OK people the headphones look nice but i agree $100 bucks are way to much. Then as i read the comments people are just plain dumb. FYI to the speak your own language folks unless u are native indian everyone else is an immigrant the white folks came over and took it didnt ask or pay for anything. So this country was built on people comming over and making better lives themselves and the future generations. And next time u want something cleaned or eat in a nice restaurant remember who works there otherwise ur butt would be doing that job. Oh yeah i am hispanic educated and make damn good money. Just food for thought folks. This was fun!
